Quienes somos
Behind ApriBocca are three partners united by a shared passion: authentic Italian cuisine and the joy of gathering around the table. We are two Italians and one Italian-Argentinian who, after meeting and bringing our paths together, decided to create a family-run restaurant in the heart of Poblenou.
Although we are a family business, we bring an international perspective. Each of us has spent more than ten years living abroad, where we gained valuable experience in management, hospitality, and, above all, in creating genuine connections with the people who sit at our table.
We returned home with fresh ideas and a broader outlook, while never losing sight of what matters most: our roots. At ApriBocca, we bring our cultural and family traditions to every dish, guided by our love for family and our passion for Italian cooking.
That is, ultimately, what we want to offer you: the professionalism of people who have explored the world, combined with the warmth of hosts who welcome you like family.
